Ok this was supposed to be my big return to XXX. Do you know all my shoots got cancelled. Then I here its the same for other girls no work etc!!!! Alot of the companies are in Brazil shooting (need to see the list of male talent so I can add them to my No-shooting list) but I mean damn!!!! WTF So I think from now on until LA recovers................... I think XXX may be feeling the effects of the rise of Internet, the over-abundance of people claiming to be reputable companies, boot-legging of videos, etc. This is normally the busy time for porn but no one is busy at all!!! May need to start another mainstream job search!!!
My new quote for XXX was "They got me out here Brett Farve-ing......trying to see if I still got it...!!!", and then this and now he retired today. Hmm is that a hint????

Say it aint so!!! but like you said, companies pretending to be reputable are undercutting the business with alot of internet stuff. just doesnt make any sense to me. Theres no companies to shoot with that wont fal through on the deal? who would think that the crunch on the economy would be so far reaching. hope this works itself out for your benefit. jsut keep your ears and eyes open for any and all options, in porn or not.

You can still hold bargaining chips on your work worth for things Jada, Cherokee, Lacey, and Marie Luv have already done. It's sort of like Mayweather vs. The Big Show, or Iverson in a Denver uniform. Excitement, buzz, and more money than avg. to do what otherwise would net someone else half to 3/4 what you would make doing the same scene. You have no gang bang, bondage, interracial gang bang, or extreme scene on your resume. Everything is and was great, but it's gotten sort of like Iverson in Philly before he got traded. Why not use the fan base that you spent years in the xxx biz building up to promote your own products? I am sure you are well aware of that fact that there are thousands,if not millions of fans out there who would love new stuff from you.

You already have a powerful marketing tool at your disposal:YOUR MYSPACE PAGE! That what it's for! You already have several thousand friends who are big fans of your work. Believe me,you wont have to twist their arms to get them to buy!
I think everybody should consider getting into some kind of homebased business,either part-time or full-time.You should always have multiple streams of money comming in.
I am in agreement with the previous poster suggesting using your name to produce income through your fan base. But, if you are interested in moving in another direction, you should consider real estate investment (I believe this was also mentioned). If I am not mistaken, you reside in Atlanta which has extensive opportunity via the foreclosure market for investment. Couple this with the possibility of licensing yourself as a real estate broker and/or mortgage originator, you can profit from your own investments and also help others with the same. I am a broker here in NC who specializes in foreclosures and real estate investment and can tell you it is a very good career with excellent opportunity for various income streams. With the market in it's current condition, it is much like buying at the bottom and realizing both long and short term gains. This is a career path you may want to consider.
Why not do your own thing on rude.com (premium section),clips4sale.com, or any other adult self publishing video site? "Ayana Angel's Video Blog Sessions" would probably an instant hit. If you can't beat them, join them...or actually have them join you without having to put a bunch of money out building a site. Someone mentioned myspace for marketing in the commments, but you might want to use a Ning.com or Flux.com to create your own private social network.
